My Latest Op-ed in The Jerusalem Post

My latest op-ed for The Jerusalem Post, “Tribalism and the Zionist BDS Debate,” explores some of the hypocrisy embedded within recent critiques of Peter Beinart (after his NYT op-ed “To Save Israel, Boycott the Settlements“).

  1. Hi David: Before it’s too late, read the Rand Corp. Plan, The ARC–their proposal for a succes
sful nation for Palestine that allows and promotes contiguity, agreed boundries and swaps of
such lands necessary for unhindered travel thru either state without encountering enemy GIs,
cops, and goons. The serpentine Izzy walls and cut off Pal farmlands end–replaced with sensi
ble 33m/100′ wide borders which are also utility easements. A modest number of official Ports
Of Entry allow 24/7 travel from one state to the other–after being checked by the departure
side first…Palestine does not build a capital site in Jewrusalem but rather a modest Govern-
ment Town with the Executive HQ [The Secretariat of State], the Legislature [The General As-
sembly] and the Judiciary HQ [The Justice Branch]. The rest of the government is vested in
an encrypted data network with local Town and City Officers acting as Deputy [Executive of-
ficers within areas of their competence]…Need a Passport? See your Town/City Clerk. Need
to register a new truck? See your Town/City Road Commissioner…Palestine gets prime dibs
on thr former Atarot Airport and Pal Air [the 'do-everything' Pal aviation authority] flies non-IL
passengers and light, express-freight to Jordan and Egypt, connecting with international car-
riers there. Return flights allow avoiding El-Al…Rte 1 East [Jewrusalem to Jordan’s King Ab-
dullah Bridge is for Israelis and people transiting IL. This highway also ‘collects’ roads to/fm
the Large IL Gated Communities. Palestine gets a route for The ARC west from Hebron to
Gaza City or North Gaza within a few km of 31d/30′N, rather than the original ARC route
thru the Negev. New boundries are straight lines in both Schmaria and Jewdea, aka Pal-north
and Pal-South. The third administrative district is Pal-Gaza…Those Israelis allowed to remain
in Palestine must agree to obey the laws and become a Permanent Resident. If they own or
lease a vehicle it must bear IL plates and be insured…Aaron Allen…
